Dreams and Visions are not the reason Peter quoted this scripture. He wanted the crowd to know that what they had just witnessed had been prophesied by Joel 800 years prior. The Holy Spirit should be refreshing and amazing. We should not restrict the Holy Spirit to what has been done. We should be open to whatever He needs to do in the moment. Disciples should always be prepared for a fresh pour.
